Our Mission

Our mission is to provide children with quality health and fitness training in a fun and energizing environment through the sport of basketball. We offer year around training sessions including holiday clinics and summer camps.  Our goal is to enhance the welfare and long term development of young athletes’ by instilling the values and benefits of making healthy lifestyle choices, having a positive attitude, and displaying the true essence of teamwork.

Thank you for considering sponsorship to the Game Ready Skills and Development’s Basketball Program. Please find information outlining our programs and related sponsorship opportunities below.

Game Ready Skills and Development has been designed to help young athletes achieve his/her fullest potential. This is accomplished by:

  • Increasing the young athlete’s respect for sportsmanship,
  • Developing physical abilities, speed, strength, and coordination
  • Creating a deeper sense of teamwork with a focus on life skills such as: goal setting, building self confidence, and helping young athletes make quality choices

Children age 7-17 are experiencing the benefits of a healthier lifestyle through Game Ready Skills and Development’s basketball training and camps.

Benefits

Position your business with an attractive demographic
Ninety percent of players involved in our basketball programs will attend or graduate from a four-year college. Most of our athletes are between the ages of 7 -17 and spend an average of $2,500 per year on training, sporting goods, and athletic purchases.

Game Ready Basketball Camps
Game Ready Basketball conducts a four day winter camp and a 10 day summer camp. These camps cater to students/players aged 7 –17 years with various skill levels. Helping players to develop ball handling, shooting, defensive/offensive footwork, passing and rebounding are some of the elements focused on during these sessions. All campers have the chance to meet past and current NBA, ACC and other Professional Basketball Players through motivational presentations and one one introductions. The combined events currently help over 400 children ages 7-17 develop their basketball skills.

 Your sponsorship will help us achieve the following: 

  • Fund camp scholarships for deserving under privileged minority youth in our community
  • Provide exposure for your company
  • Provide qualified and trained coaching staff for our campers as well as camp t shirts and prizes

Sponsorship Offerings

Game Ready Skills and Development offers attractive sponsorship opportunities, which can be tailored to suit your company’s goals, target market, and budget. The purpose of a Game Ready Sponsorship is to get maximum exposure and visibility for your business while making a positive impact in a student’s life.

All-Star Presenting Sponsor: 1 Available / $5,000

The All-Star Presenting Sponsor will receive CATEGORY EXCLUSIVITY and will also receive a large promotional space at a prime location on the court to showcase their corporate logo, product and/or services. Furthermore, the All-Star Presenting Sponsor will receive: 

  • Fifteen (15) Campers sponsored in your company’s name ($3,000 value)
  • Corporate name and logo on all printed materials, including invitations, “Game Ready All Star Summer Camp, presented by ___________.”
  • Name Recognition and logo in all event press materials including Press Releases, Email Marketing, TV apperances, Radio Endorsements, Camp Flyers and all other printed materials
  • Premium placement of one page full color advertisement in the Game Ready Camp Program to be mailed and distributed to the home of every camper. Premium placement shall include BACK COVER, INSIDE BACK COVER, INSIDE FRONT COVER or two-page advertisement spread.
  • Branding opportunity to distribute promotional company “give aways” in Game Ready gift bags to be handed out to all campers. 
  • A ‘Special Guest’ from your company to visit camp with Direct Promotion opportunity
  • Company logo on camp shirts that will be worn during the camp
  • Photo op with Game Ready Executive Director Ricky Price, NBA, and NCAA Basketball Players

 

Slam Dunk Sponsor: $2,500

The Slam Dunk Sponsor will receive Category Exclusivity and will also receive a specified area on the gym floor to promote their product or service. Furthermore, Slam Dunk Sponsors will receive: 

  • Five (5) campers sponsored in your company’s name ($1,00 value)
  • Name Recognition and logo in all event press materials including Press Releases, Email Marketing, TV apperances, Radio Endorsements, Camp Flyers and all other printed materials
  • Company logo on camp shirts that will be worn during the camp .
  • Branding opportunity to distribute promotional company “give aways” in Game Ready gift bags to be handed out to all campers.

 

Buzzer Beater Sponsor: $2,000
The Buzzer Beater Sponsor will NOT receive Category Exclusivity. They will receive a small specified area in the gym to promote their product or service. Furthermore, Buzzer Beater Sponsors will receive:

• Four (4) campers sponsored in your company’s name ($800 value)
• Company logo on camp shirts that will be worn during the camp
• Branding opportunity to distribute promotional company “give aways” in Game Ready gift bags to be handed out to all campers.

Alley Oop Sponsor: $1,000
The Alley Oop Sponsor will NOT receive Category Exclusivity. They will receive a small specified area in the gym to promote their product or service. Furthermore, Alley Oop Sponsors will receive:

• Three (3) campers sponsored in your company’s name ($600 value)
• Company logo on camp shirts that will be worn during the camp
• Branding opportunity to distribute promotional company “give aways” in Game Ready gift bags to be handed out to all campers

Assist Sponsor: $500
Assist Sponsors will NOT receive Category Exclusivity. Assist sponsors will receive:
• Company logo on camp shirts that will be worn during the camp
• Your company’s Logo on Website
• Branding opportunity to distribute promotional company “give aways” in Game Ready gift bags to be handed out to all campers.

Rookie Sponsor: $250
• One (1) camper sponsored in your company’s name.

Lay Up Nutrition Sponsor – Provide lunch for campers and camp staff
We are always willing to partner with local restaurants and deli’s to offer nutritious meals to our campers and camp staff. Both monetary and in-kind donations/ sponsorships options are available.
